Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy is satisfaction guarantee with a 14 day return privilege. Once you have received a product and you do not want it for any reason, please send it back to us for a refund or an exchange within the 14 day return priviledge. Email Service@Chairsale.com for a Return Authorization Form. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.

Warranty

All items are guaranteed for one year against any manufactures defects. If an item is defective after use, Chairsale will repair or replace the item after inspection. Any question about your warranty, email Service@ChairSale.com.

Damages

Must be documented at the time of the delivery. You must notify Customer service at CS@Chairsale.com within 48 hours.

RTA Chairs

RTA chairs are shipped Ready to Assemble by consumer and must be done exactly in conformance with the written instructions. Missing or damaged parts will be serviced as per warranty. Contact service@ChairSale.com
