Our policy is satisfaction guaranteed with a 14 day return privilege. Once you have received a product and you do not want it for any reason, please send it back to us for a refund or an exchange within the 14 day return priviledge. Email Service@Chairsale.com for a Return Authorization Form. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.

Warranty
